National real estate services platform Fathom Realty has acquired Arizona-based brokerage My Home Group.

My Home Group’s day-to-day operations will continue to be run by Jereme Kleven and Mark Hutchins, who co-founded the brokerage in 2005. In the nearly 20 years since, the company has grown to over 2,200 agents and completes approximately 12,000 transactions annually.

Through Fathom, My Home Group agents will be able to cross-sell mortgage and title services to their clients via a cloud-based buying and selling platform.
