Coldwell Banker Realty welcomes three agents to its Arizona operations

by Patrick Regan

Mercedes Arenado-Melian, Nick Drake and Maylee Tarter have each joined Coldwell Banker Realty offices as affiliate agents, the company announced this week.

Arenado-Melian joins the Tempe/Ahwatukee office. Previously, she was an agent with Barrett Real Estate. She is fluent in Spanish and involved with the local chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.

“As an expert negotiator in real estate, I am passionate about helping clients find their perfect home and take great pride in making the buying and selling process as stress-free as possible for my clients. I’m dedicated to continuous learning, staying up-to-date with market trends and shifts to provide my clients with the most accurate and relevant information,” Arenado-Melian said in a news release. “My commitment to honesty and transparency means I work tirelessly to secure the best outcomes, always keeping my clients’ needs front and center.”

Drake moves to the Fountain Hills office of Coldwell Banker from the The Barker team at Keller Williams in Fountain Hills. Before working in real estate, he was a senior investigator and an assistant district manager for Cal/OSHA. He holds a bachelor of science in business from California State University, East Bay.

“When I sold a home in 2018 and purchased a new one, I met two agents who were exceedingly professional, hardworking and knowledgeable. These agents inspired me to become an agent myself,” Drake said. “I chose to affiliate with Coldwell Bank Realty because it is among the most professional and trusted names in the industry.”

Tarter will be part of the Lake Havasu office after working as a listing manager for a Coldwell Banker team for nearly three years.

“I have always loved real estate, and am confident I will excel in this new role because I have already used all of the amazing Coldwell Banker tools and desk features and have many connections from past listings,” Tarter said.
