Construction is underway in Stonegate Court, a new luxury community from Toll Brothers.

Located at the intersection of South Greenfield Road and East Superstition Drive in Gilbert, Stonegate Court will include 22 homes and community amenities like sports courts, green spaces and a ramada.

Buyers will have their choice of three single-level home designs ranging from 3,460 to over 4,126 square feet. All floor plans feature high ceilings and indoor-outdoor living options.

Buyers will have the option to work with professional design consultants at the Toll Brothers Design Studio in Scottsdale.
