Caren Payton returned to Coldwell Banker Realty as an affiliate agent for the Phoenix/Paradise Valley office. She was previously affiliated with HomeSmart for three years and Coldwell Banker’s Biltmore office for five years prior.

“Originally, I affiliated with Coldwell Banker because I wanted to learn the industry to the top degree,” Payton shared in a press release. “With the industry going through so many changes, I decided to return because I wanted to have an international company that backs me up, and I missed many of the wonderful colleagues and being part of the Coldwell Banker family.”

Before moving to the U.S. and starting her real estate career, Payton owned and operated CA.SA. International in Milan, Italy. She also had a 20-year career as a fashion model in Europe. She currently serves as secretary for the board of directors of the Italian Association of Arizona.
