Hang out with my mom or take a good spin class.

Jesus. I mean what other answer is there … It speaks for itself.

What is Phoenix’s best-kept secret?
The easy life. Weather, people, energy and opportunities. We are blessed to live in such a magical state.

What do you love most about the industry?
Helping people advance financially and advance a step higher in life by being a home owner. It’s a dream everyone has and it feels amazing to help people accomplish it, especially ones that thought they never could.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
My passion. I truly care and sometimes have no idea what the commission is til closing. My clients and their needs/dreams come first.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Honestly … the lack of integrity and passion other agents have. That is the raw honest truth.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads?
Follow up, be yourself and care. Respect people and adapt naturally.

What’s your favorite meal in Phoenix?
AZ88 Elsa’s Chicken Sandwich! A good Italian pasta is always good as well.

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?
I sold the first property I owned to my client. They sent me listings to view and my first purchase, which I bought years before, was on the list and they loved it.

What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you?
I used to sing gospel music.

What is your favorite vacation spot and why?
Puerto Vallarta. It’s magical and I’m happiest by water.

What is your favorite city after Phoenix?
New Orleans (my home town) and then Newport Beach.

Find a mentor. Ask questions.
