NexMetro will develop its 25th build-to-rent community in the Phoenix area with Avilla Foothills, a 108-home community in Surprise.
Located at 12350 N. Cotton Lane, the community features one-, two- and three-bedroom units with front porches and private backyards. Community amenities include a swimming pool, spa and pet park.
Funding was secured with a $29.2 million loan from Arbor Realty Trust.
