Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties named Michael Hofstetter its new managing broker and Scottsdale branch manager.
Hofstetter has over 30 years of real estate leadership experience, most recently serving as director of operations at AZ Flat Fee and national head of brokerage and designated broker for Offerpad. Previously, he was CEO and designated broker of DeLex Realty.
“Michael has led at every level of this industry, from managing offices to overseeing multi-state brokerage operations,” Troy Reierson, CEO of BHHS Nevada, Arizona and California Properties, said in a press release. “He understands how to build strong teams, maintain high standards and create systems that support both agents and clients.”
A U.S. veteran, Hofstetter served six years in the Navy as a civil engineer before launching his real estate career. Today, he’s a National Association of REALTORS® board member and a real estate special commissioner for the Superior Court of Arizona. He’s also a former president of West & Southwest REALTORS® of the Valley.
