Wendy Walker and her team, Wendy Walker Fine Properties, are now affiliated with Compass. The group was previously affiliated with The Agency in Scottsdale, where Walker served as managing director.
Walker’s career began with Coldwell Banker, where she ranked among the top 1% of agents nationwide. She’s also a court-approved real estate commissioner in Arizona.
“Wendy has consistently been among the top 1% in the U.S.,” Compass Arizona President Sean Zimmerman said in a press release. “This is a big win for Compass AZ as we continue to align with highly professional, collaborative individuals focused not only on their clients, but also their industry colleagues.”
Alongside Walker are teammates Kristin Oas and Rachel Swirtz, two agents specializing in luxury Scottsdale neighborhoods including North Scottsdale and McCormick Ranch.

The news of Walker’s transition comes just days after the announcement of a leadership change at The Agency Scottsdale.
