High Street Residential broke ground on Union Park Residences, a four-story apartment community located within Union Park at Norterra, a division of the Norterra master-planned community in north Phoenix.

Designed by ESG Architects, the project will feature 308 apartments with high-end finishes, including kitchen islands, quartz countertops, tile backsplashes and stainless-steel appliances. Units range from 600 to 1,400 square feet, with studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans available.

Residents will have access to a pool, spa, fitness center with sauna and cold plunge, coworking area, pet spa, dog run, club room and game lounge.

In addition to 1,000 residences, the 400-acre Union Park at Norterra community includes 250,000 square feet of commercial and office space, including a Shake Shack, Cava, First Watch and Paris Baguette.

“The development of Union Park Residences demonstrates our commitment to delivering high-quality multifamily housing in premium locations within the Valley,” Nate Stum, senior vice president of High Street’s parent, Trammel Crow Company, said in a press release. “Norterra’s master-planned design, with its walkable neighborhoods, quality retail and restaurants and proximity to major employers, makes it an ideal location for apartment living.
