David Weekley Homes closed on 42 acres in Gilbert for Granview at Somerset, a new gated community within the Somerset master-planned community.

The builder will offer 75 single-family homes on 90-, 95- and 105-foot lots. Floor plans will range from 3,697 to 5,477 square feet.

Community amenities include sports courts, playgrounds, fire pits, a trail system and ramadas for gatherings.

Somerset is located just south of the Gilbert Arizona Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
