High Street Residential unveiled plans for Shea Residences, a three-story, 189-unit multifamily building in Scottsdale.
Plans, designed by ESG Architects, were approved by Scottsdale city council members in a 7-0 vote. Builders will break ground in September.
Located at 7000 E. Shea Blvd., Shea Residences will include studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments with interior finishes like quartz countertops, wine fridges and stainless-steel appliances.
“This area of Scottsdale continues to be a compelling location for well-designed, high-quality rental housing with a proximity to fantastic schools, healthcare facilities and retail,” Nate Stum, senior vice president of TCC Phoenix, High Street’s parent company, said in a press release. “We look forward to making another sizable investment in the city that will enhance the area and provide a much-needed housing option for central Scottsdale residents.”
Developers estimate the project will reach full build-out in 2027.
