Landsea Homes recently purchased 90 homesites in Mesa for a new community called Circlestone. The 14.5-acre site will include one- and two-story floor plans ranging in size from 1,400 to 2,600 square feet.

“We’re excited to expand our presence in the city of Mesa with the closing of these 90 new homesites,” Heather Cammiso, Arizona division president of Landsea Homes, said in a press release. “We look forward to bringing more of our High Performance Homes to homebuyers in Mesa next year.”

Land development will start in May, and sales are projected to begin in June 2025. Plans for the community include a pool, pool house and pickleball courts.
