The Eastmark master-planned community in Mesa was recognized by RCLCO Real Estate Consulting’s Mid-2023 Sales Top 50.
The real estate consulting firm’s ranking summarizes master-planned communities based on year-to-date sales. Eastmark ranked at No. 44, with 231 sales so far in 2023. While that sales volume is down 22% from 2022 levels, the DMB Associates/Brookfield development still ranked as one of the top-selling MPCs in the country.
Eastmark was the only master-planned community in the state of Arizona to make RCLCO’s list.
