All 123 homes from Landsea Homes in Marketside Tercera at Verrado, a neighborhood within the Verrado master-planned community in Buckeye, are sold out.

Landsea is still currently selling in Skye Ridge at Victory in Verrado, a 55-and-up development in the same community, and in Bentridge, another master-planned community in Buckeye. Homes for sale in Bentridge include one- and two-story properties ranging from 1,315 to 3,240 square feet with options for two to six bedrooms. Prices begin in the low $300,000s.
