David Weekley Homes will construct a community of single-family homes in Escena at Blossom Rock, a master-planned community in Apache Junction.

The builder will construct 52 one-story homes on 70-foot homesites. A number of floor plans are available for buyers to choose between.

Residents of the new community will have access to the amenities at Escena at Blossom Rock, which include over 35 parks, an expansive trail system, a lakeside retreat, adventure playground, dog park and game room.

Escena at Blossom Rock is zoned to Apache Junction Unified School District. Future plans for the community include an on-site school.
