Aspirant Development is constructing a 25-story multifamily tower at the site of a vacant property on North Central Avenue in Phoenix. Plans for the development include a 2,500-square-foot art gallery and restaurant and retail space.

The residential tower will include 320 units ranging from studios to two bedrooms. Construction will begin later this year and take about two years to complete. Gensler will handle architecture for the project.
