Phoenix-area builder Camelot Homes was named an Award of Merit winner in five categories at the Pacific Coast Builder Conference Gold Nugget Awards. Grand winners will be selected from the pool of Merit winners at the upcoming conference in Anaheim, California, on May 24.

Two of Camelot’s awards are thanks to Paradigm, a North-Phoenix community honored for Best Single-Family Detached Home (3,000 to 3,499 square feet) and Best Interior Merchandising of a Model Home ($900,000 to $1.5 million). The builder also earned an award for Best Single-Family Detached Home (over 4,000 square feet) for the Cavallo model at the Bronco community, as well as two more honors for the Willo-Hancock residence, which was recognized as one of the Best Renovated or Restored Single Houses as well as Best Interior Design of a Custom of One-of-a-kind Home.

“The Gold Nugget Awards truly recognize the best work being done in our industry, so it’s no small honor to be selected,” said Trent Hancock, managing director for Camelot Homes and leader of the Paradigm project. “Our team is looking forward to the awards ceremony in Anaheim later this month — hopefully we’ll be coming home with some Grand Awards!”

All Merit Award and Grand Award winners will be honored further during a celebration on June 22.
