Camelot Homes and Shea Homes were the most awarded Phoenix-area builders at the 2026 MAME Awards, an annual celebration from the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona.

In addition to being named Builder of the Year, Under 250 Units, Camelot Homes won a number of awards for The Edge at Joy Ranch, a luxury community in Scottsdale. The development was named Community of the Year, and the Lot 5 model received five awards:
- Home of the Year
- Best Model Complex Landscape Design
- Best Architectural Design of a Detached Home
- Best Primary Suite for a New Home
- Best Interior Merchandising, Priced Over $1.5 Million
“These awards are a testament to the passion, creativity and commitment of our entire team and our partners,” Camelot Homes President Kevin Rosinski said in a press release. “We are incredibly grateful to be recognized at this level.”
Shea Homes, meanwhile, was named Builder of the Year, Over 250 Units, and won numerous other awards, including:

Best Architectural Design Series – Symmetry at Magnolia
- Best Architectural Design of a Detached Home, 3,000 to 3,750 Sq. Ft. G – Plan 6003, Symmetry at Magnolia
- Best Specialty Room for a New Home – Plan 6004 lounge, Symmetry at Magnolia
- Best Outdoor Living Space, Home Price $1 Million & Over – Signature at Storyrock
- Best Kitchen Design for a New Home – Signature at Black Mountain
Shea Homes also won multiple awards for interior merchandising.
Also among the top winners was David Weekley Homes, which won Best Outdoor Living Space, Home Price Under $1 Million and Best Architectural Design of a Detached Home, 2,500 to 3,000 Sq. Ft., for The Kellner at The Ridge at Victory; and D.R. Horton Phoenix, which won Master-Planned Community of the Year for Radiance at Superstition Vistas and Best Architectural Design, Attached Housing, for Avance.
Toll Brothers also won an award for Best Architectural Design of a Detached Home, Under 2,500 Sq. Ft., for the Eastover at Preserve at San Tan.
