A flight attendant for American Airlines.

A labor and delivery nurse or a news anchor.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?

Meditate or take a walk.

Barack Obama.

What do you love most about the industry?

Collaborating with so many others for a common goal!

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?

I would have to say my responsiveness to/for my clients is probably the main thing and my love of design and attention to detail.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?

Helping clients manage their expectations.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads?

First and foremost, Ninja! Ninja Selling is all about connecting, being authentic and just keeping it fun and doing a great job.

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?

I have been listening to a lot of Morgan Wallen – love his voice! I’m about to watch the new season of Handmaids Tale. And too busy lately to read, but soon!

What’s your favorite meal in Phoenix?

Fogo de Chao is pretty fun & delicious!

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Phoenix?

I love all of the older, quintessential buildings around the valley. So many with just amazing architecture!

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?

Maybe more embarrassing than weird…I slipped when waiting tables in college and a whole table’s worth of salads flew onto everyone sitting at the table and I flew under the table…and ranch dressing went everywhere!

What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you?

That while I am often called “sweet” by people, I can also hold the line when I need to. : )

What is your favorite vacation spot and why?

Hawaii…because there is nowhere else on earth like it! The perfect temps, day or night. Delicious food, amazing beaches and well the Pacific Ocean! And the Plumerias!

What is your favorite city after Phoenix?

Portland, Oregon.

Settle in and don’t ever quit or give up.
