The people you meet, the open houses are awesome and the overall homes in Phoenix are amazing. So much diversity.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
I am an ex-CEO with 40-plus years of experience in negotiating contracts, working with people and growing and scaling my multiple businesses. I am not just their Realtor — I am their consultant, advocate, advisor and coach. My clients come first and their needs are priority!

It’s not just about selling. Real estate is about people, families, transition, growth and so much more! I help people see possibilities, not just a sale or a move.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Working with agents that are not responsive or respectful, especially if you are new to the industry.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads?
Relationships and customer service. Word of mouth is the best way to grow a continued steam of business.
