COMPASS has added North & Co., a longtime independent brokerage within Arizona, to its roster. The move makes COMPASS the largest luxury brokerage in the state, according to a press release from the company.

This news comes 18 months after COMPASS acquired Launch Real Estate, another large luxury Arizona brokerage.

North & Co. comes to COMPASS with more than 450 agents working across markets like Flagstaff, Prescott, Arcadia, Central Phoenix and the Greater Southeast Valley. North & Co. Founder Brian North, along with the North & Co executive team, will continue to lead their teams locally.

“This marks the next evolution in Arizona real estate,” North said in a statement. “By coming together, we’re able to build something far greater than we could alone without compromising the values and standards that have made each of us who we are.”

Nationally, COMPASS now includes 400 offices and more than 33,000 agents. It has plans to add new office locations in Chandler and Flagstaff in 2025.
