Toll Brothers officially opened Sonoran Trails, a gated community of estate-sized homes in Cave Creek.

Homes in Sonoran Trails are priced from $1.45 million, with floor plans ranging in size from 2,946 to over 4,315 square feet on 15,000-square-foot lots. All properties feature modern architecture and personalization options.

“We are thrilled to debut another Toll Brothers luxury home community in the North Scottsdale area,” Bob Flaherty, group president of Toll Brothers in Arizona, said in a press release. “Sonoran Trails is conveniently located near high-end shopping and dining as well as top-rated school districts, making this community the perfect setting for every lifestyle.”

Prospective buyers are encouraged to visit the sales center at 5915 East Silver Sage Lane, as well as the Toll Brothers Design Studio, to view available personalization options.

A model home designed by Kartchner Prairie will open early next year.
