Guaranteed Rate Affinity is a joint venture between Rate (formerly Guaranteed Rate) and Anywhere Integrated Services. Since its inception in 2017, the company has funded more than $100 billion in loans.

Marketing its mortgage lending services to Anywhere’s various real estate subsidiaries, Guaranteed Rate Affinity supports Anywhere brokers coast-to-coast, assuring fast pre-approvals, appraisals and loan closings.

Guaranteed Rate Affinity also provides the same services to the public, as well as other real estate brokerages and relocation companies across the country, helping employers improve their employees’ relocation experiences.
