BHHS Arizona Properties has once again partnered with local nonprofit Phoenix Rescue Mission to launch Code:Red, an annual water and resource drive benefitting people experiencing homelessness in the Phoenix area.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties has once again partnered with local nonprofit Phoenix Rescue Mission to launch Code:Red, an annual water and resource drive benefitting people experiencing homelessness in the Phoenix area.

Through the end of August, community members can drop off water bottles or monetary donations at any of BHHS’s nine Arizona locations, as well as partner drop-off locations including churches and local organizations. Twenty-five dollar donations can provide over 500 bottles of water to those in need, according to a press release.

In the years since its launch in 2014, Code:Red has provided hundreds of thousands of water bottles to people in need during the hottest months of the summer.

Arizona Regional Manager Kristina Watson says the mission is one that hits close to home.

“I experienced homelessness as a child, so I know what it’s like to not always have the basic things you need,” Watson said. “Living in Arizona, we all know how important water is, especially during the summer. If we can help someone by providing something as simple as water, it’s the least we can do. We’re honored to partner with Phoenix Rescue Mission and know our community will join us in making a difference.”
