Oakwood Homes will deliver 100 homes at the Moonlight master-planned community in Maricopa.

The builder’s offerings will include its Sonoran and Crescent home collections, which range from one to two stories with open concepts, flexible layouts and up to five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

Pricing starts in the mid-$300,000s. Buyers will have access to priority financing from Silverton Mortgage, Oakwood’s preferred lender.

Moonlight community amenities include a pool, parks, firepits, sports courts and walking trails.
