Toll Brothers expanded offerings at its Sterling Grove master-planned community in Surprise with two new lines of luxury floor plans: the Atley Collection and the Brookhaven Collection.

The Atley Collection features three designs with four to five bedrooms, 2.5 to three bathrooms and two-car garages. Pricing starts in the mid-$400,000s.

The Brookhaven Collection, meanwhile, features three slightly larger plans with five bedrooms, three to four bathrooms and two-car garages. Some homesites feature mountain views. Pricing starts in the low-$500,000s.

Amenities at Sterling Grove include a clubhouse with three pools, indoor and outdoor dining, a pool, fitness center and market.
