Model homes now open at Toll Brothers’ Preserve at San Tan

Toll Brothers celebrated the grand opening of model homes at Preserve at San Tan, a new-home community in San Tan Valley.

“We are excited to open our newest model homes at this incredible community with beautiful amenities,” Bob Flaherty, group president of Toll Brothers in Arizona, said in a press release. “Preserve at San Tan showcases the distinctive architecture and quality craftsmanship that Toll Brothers is known for, providing an ideal setting for luxury living in San Tan Valley.”

Offerings in the community include Toll Brothers’ Kenly, Eastover and Lockhart designs, which range from 1,672 to over 4,093 square feet with farmhouse, modern, Spanish, contemporary farmhouse, craftsman and prairie exterior options. Pricing begins in the mid-$400,000s.

Neighborhood amenities include an amphitheater, community garden, dog park, pickleball and bocce courts, fire pits, playgrounds and walking and biking trails.
