Camelot Homes began construction at the Villas II golf community at Seven Desert Mountain in Scottsdale.
The project features 23 single-family homes with two to four bedrooms and 3.5 to 4.5 bathrooms.
“At Villas II, every homesite backs No. 7 at Desert Mountain, the USGA-rated championship, par-54, 18-hole golf course that serves as the focal point of the community,” Julie Hancock, managing director and co-owner of Camelot Homes, said in a press release.
Homeowners earn access to membership at Desert Mountain Club, a private club featuring a spa and fitness center, tennis complex, 25 miles of private biking and hiking trails, 10 restaurants and grills, six Jack Nicklaus Signature championship par-54 golf courses and the championship par-54 course.
“With homes set against the rolling green hills of the golf course, plus world-class amenities and easy access to recreational opportunities at nearby Tonto National Forest and Bartlett Lake, Villas II represents a rare opportunity,” Hancock said.
Villas II is the final opportunity to buy a home at Seven Desert Mountain, Hancock added.
