Century Communities opened the first model homes at Teravalis, Howard Hughes’ new master-planned community in Buckeye. Tours are available by appointment only, with open house hours beginning later this summer.

Century is offering five floor plans ranging from 1,388 to 2,149 square feet. The builder’s models are located within Floreo, Teravalis’s first village.

Seven other builders are slated to open models in Floreo throughout the next several months: Brightland Homes, Cortland Communities, KB Home, Lennar, Meritage Homes and New Home Co.

The greater 37,000-acre Tervalis community will bring over 8,000 homes to Buckeye over the next decade.
