Toll Brothers will construct Toll Brothers at Storyrock, a gated neighborhood within Scottsdale’s Storyrock master-planned community.

The builder will offer two collections of floor plans ranging from 3,665 to over 5,000 square feet with upgrade options including casitas, cabana suites and up to eight-car garages. Prices will start at $2 million, with sales projected to begin this fall.

Toll Brothers’ Canyon Collection will feature single-level homes with three to four bedrooms, 3.5 to 4.5 bathrooms, while the Overlook Collection will feature homes with three to seven bedrooms and 3.5 to 7.5 bathrooms.
