Toll Brothers announced that it will build a gated, new-home community in San Tan Valley called Ladera Trails. Sales are expected to begin this summer.

The builder will offer four floor plans ranging from 3,124 to 3,692 square feet with guest casitas, covered patios and cabanas. Pricing will start in the mid-$800,000s.

“Ladera Trails offers a unique opportunity to live at the base of the San Tan Foothills, where the natural beauty of the Sonoran Desert becomes part of everyday life,” Bob Flaherty, group president of Toll Brothers in Arizona, said in a press release. “With large, open floor plans and unrivaled personalization options, our resort-style community will set a new standard for luxury living in San Tan Valley.”

Community amenities will include a pool, fire pits and gathering areas, a playground and pickleball courts.
