Silver Sky Development is constructing two luxury homes at Silver Sky, a 12-home community coming to Paradise Valley.
Nova, listed at $19,495,000, is a 12,000-square-foot, modern European estate designed by Stratton Architects. The residence includes six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a five-car garage and a pickleball court. Nova earned the National Association of Home Builder’s 2025 Best in American Living Award.
Meanwhile, Aster, listed at $14,495,000, features modern steel fascia and glass walls in addition to five bedrooms, eight bathrooms and amenities like a gym, sauna and cold plunge.
Located at the base of Mummy Mountain, this coming community is a 15-minute drive from Scottsdale Airport. In a press release, Sabrina James, a listing agent with Kenneth James Realty, also highlighted the community’s proximity to dining, shopping, golf and members-only clubs.
“We are delighted to break ground on two of our showcase estates,” said Silver Sky Developer, Jeremy Takas. “The homes will enhance the reputation of Paradise Valley as a sought-after location for luxury living.”
Completion is expected by winter 2025.
