Toll Brothers announced the opening of a model home for its Manor Collection at Sereno Canyon, a master-planned community in Scottsdale. Located at 12556 East Chama Road, the model is now open to prospective buyers.

“Our new Windgate Desert Contemporary model home from the Manor Collection was designed to capture the essence of indoor-outdoor living and entertaining,” Bob Flaherty, group president of Toll Brothers in Arizona, said in a press release. “The modern desert interior paired with the incredible resort-style backyard is truly one-of-a-kind.”

The builder is constructing on 31 homesites in Sereno Canyon, with floor plans featuring four to five bedrooms, 4.5 to 5.5 bathrooms and three-car garages. Finishes include dual-sided fireplaces, multi-slide patio doors and gourmet kitchens with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances.
