Since its inception in 2017, the company has funded more than $100 billion in loans.

Marketing its mortgage lending services to Anywhere’s various real estate subsidiaries, Guaranteed Rate Affinity supports Anywhere brokers coast-to-coast, assuring fast pre-approvals, appraisals and loan closings.

Guaranteed Rate Affinity also provides the same services to the public, as well as other real estate brokerages and relocation companies across the country — helping employers improve their employees’ relocation experiences.
