BedBrock Developers will develop Continental Mountain Estates, a 70-acre luxury community in Cave Creek. BedBrock will collaborate with Lou Spelts, the owner of the land, for the development.
“I have always loved the area of Cave Creek. The breathtaking landscape and the authentic Western ambiance of the town resonate with many of our clients,” President Rich Brock said in a press release. “We jumped at the opportunity of partnering with Lou to develop this community and are excited to bring our clientele a different product.”
Located just over 30 miles north of downtown Phoenix, plans for the development include nine luxury homes on 5-acre lots — five spec homes, designed by Stratton Andrews, and four designated homesites for buyers who want to design and build their own residences.
Two of the spec homes have already hit the market, listed by Silje Garner and Nicole Hazelton with BedBrock Real Estate Company. The pair will lead sales for Continental Mountain Estates.
