Capital Square and Sunstone Two Tree broke ground on Ironwood Homes at Rosefield, a single-family rental community in Glendale.

The project will include 102 detached homes and 218 townhomes. All residences will be two stories, with direct garage access and private backyards. Plans for the community also include common-area amenities such as a swimming pool, spa, fitness center, sports courts and parks.

Ironwood Homes at Rosefield is slated for completion in summer 2025. The development marks Sunstone Two Tree’s ninth single-family rental community in Arizona, with the company most recently opening a 103-unit townhome development in Avondale.
