Willow, a 14-home gated community in North Central Phoenix, is open for sales, Camelot Homes recently announced.

Pricing starts at $1,499,900 for the ranch-style homes ranging from 3,100 to 4,100 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 3.5-5.5 baths.

“Willow’s location presented us with a unique opportunity to build in this charming established North Central neighborhood that retains the character of simpler times in Phoenix past,” Camelot Homes co-owner and Managing Director Julie Hancock said in a news release.

Willow is a quiet enclave of tree-lined streets and ¼-acre lots at N. 15th Ave and W. Northern Ave with access to the shops, restaurants and entertainment in both uptown and downtown Phoenix.

Camelot Homes, based in Scottsdale, is a family-owned builder with more than 50 years of work across three generations.
