Explaining complex topics in plain language is Rebecca Chen’s forte. Chen previously owned an educational consulting business and has lived in Arizona for over a decade. She has studied and taught at both Northern Arizona University and Arizona State University. “Being a new immigrant myself, I have firsthand experience with the struggles of homeownership, and I want to help others plan for a better financial pathway through real estate,” Chen explains. “I use my expertise and bilingual language fluency to help clients from all over the world find the perfect community, housing, business location or investment.”
Realtor and team lead with Realty Executives, Chen is a certified relocation specialist whose expertise in understanding different cultures and her sharp negotiating skills have contributed to her success. Completing over 120 transactions from 2021 to 2023, she utilizes social media to advocate homeownership in the Asian American Pacific Islander community.
Chen is vice president of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) Phoenix chapter and serves on AREAA Edge National and Arizona Realtors Equity, Diversity and Inclusion committees. Real Trends recognized her as a Best Agent nationally in 2023 and AREAA National named her an A-lister Top Producing Agent, ranking in the top 1% of national members. She was also among the top 1% of Arizona real estate producers, with over $50 million in volume in four years. Realty Executives designated her their Rookie of the Year in 2020, named her Top Growth Agent and presented her with their Diamond, Double Diamond and Executive awards. A representative at the 2023 AREAA National Diversity and Fair Housing Summit in Washington, D.C., she also helps Taiwanese semiconductor manufacturing company families relocate to Phoenix.
“I became an American citizen last year,” Chen shares. “My real estate career fulfills me by helping more people in my community achieve their “American Dream” through homeownership, and I want to be more committed to this country by giving back to my community.”
