Phoenix agent Dyana Pond is now associated with Coldwell Banker Realty’s North Scottsdale office as an affiliate agent.

Phoenix agent Bill Brandt is now associated with Coldwell Banker Realty’s Phoenix/Paradise Valley office as an associate broker.

Inman was previously associated with Keller Williams.

The incoming executive has held similar roles at BlueLinx Corp. and Extended Stay America.

The hire follows the December 2022 firing of the homebuilder’s senior vice president for field operations, who had been tapped to become COO on Jan. 1.
