WeSERV recently awarded its annual 40 Under 40 distinction to young agents who are emerging as local real estate leaders and giving back to their communities.

A number of Phoenix-area homebuilders received top honors at The Nationals, an award ceremony from NAHB recognizing outstanding achievements in new construction.

Camelot Homes was named 2024 Builder of the Year by Pro Builder Media, the official media partner of the National Association of Home Builders.

Scottsdale real estate agent Tim McBride hosted the inaugural Change Agents of Phoenix awards on Oct. 29.

Notably, Toll Brothers’ Sunburst model at Sereno Canyon in Scottsdale took home a number of top awards across categories.

Among the winners were Derek Tschilar of Realty ONE Group Phoenix, who won Rookie of the Year.

Among the big winners were Camelot Homes, which won Builder of the Year, up to 250 closings, and Shea Homes, which won Builder of the Year, over 250 closings.

Among the top award recipients were the Allan & Murphy Luxury Property Group, which was named the No. 15 small team in the brokerage’s global network.

Radiance at Superstition Vistas, a master-planned community in Apache Junction, was recognized by RCLCO Real Estate Consulting’s ranking of the top 50 MPCs in the country.

“Our team is dedicated to serving communities where we sell homes, with a particular focus on supporting foster children in our area,” Gillette told Phoenix Agent.

Camelot Homes took home the highest honor at the 2024 National Housing Quality Awards, sponsored by Pro Builder Media — the Gold award.

Tucker Blalock, co-founder of The Brokery, was selected as a member of Phoenix Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2023.

“This community offers an incredible lifestyle opportunity for homebuyers,” said Bob Flaherty, group president of Toll Brothers Arizona.

Winners were selected based on production, community/industry involvement and personal brand.

Camelot Homes took several honors at the Major Achievements in Merchandising Excellence (MAME) Awards on May 13.

Two of Camelot’s awards are thanks to Paradigm, a North-Phoenix community honored for Best Single-Family Detached Home and Best Interior Merchandising of a Model Home.
