Pre-leasing is underway at Album Surprise, Greystar’s active-adult rental community for residents aged 55-plus.

Located at 16431 N. Parkview Place, the 4.1-acre community features 161 one- and two-bedroom apartments with quartz countertops, tile backsplashes, glass showers and stainless-steel kitchen appliances. On-site amenities include a pool courtyard overlooking Surprise Stadium, plus a heated spa, clubhouse, craft room, fire pit, fitness studios and shaded cabanas.
