Now that award-winning agent Sarah M. Prenzno has sold real estate for 11 years, she’s witnessed first-time buyers purchase move-up and/or investment properties in the metro Phoenix area.

Prenzno, designated broker-owner of Hatch Boutique Real Estate Brokerage, has also developed a knack for seeing the space and not the stuff. “I want my seller’s home to shine the brightest and be in the best condition it can be shown in,” she says, noting she has a network of licensed contractors to make the transaction process easier and more profitable for clients. Her vendor connections also benefit buyers interested in remodeling their new homes.

Prenzno started 2025 by fulfilling her dream of opening her own business, Hatch Boutique Real Estate Brokerage.

She became a real estate agent because it offered her the flexibility to be present for and provide for her children. “Real estate has helped me build the life of my dreams,” she says, noting it’s her passion. “I have seen how homeownership has helped a lot of my friends and clients create the life of their dreams, too!”

Prenzno earned a degree in education but never taught school. Still, she puts her education to use keeping up to date on the market and teaching clients about the transaction process.

She’s built a business based 100% on referrals. “If my clients weren’t 100% satisfied, I would not have been able to continue doing business for this long,” Prenzno says. “I try to make the process as fun and easy as possible. There are a lot of land mines in a real estate transaction, and it’s important to work with someone who knows how to navigate them, avoid potential setbacks and liability.”
