Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties added its ninth office in the state with its new location in North Scottdale.

Located at 16100 N. 71st St. near the Scottsdale Airport, the office will be led by Manager Michael Hofstetter and serve as the home base for Kristina Watson, the brokerage’s Arizona regional manager.

“We wanted to create a space where agents feel welcomed, supported and connected,” Watson said in a press release. “Real estate can be an independent business, but some of the best ideas, relationships and opportunities happen when people come together. This office provides an environment where agents can collaborate, strengthen client relationships and grow their business while remaining close to the communities they serve.”

The North Scottsdale location will feature both workspaces and client meeting areas.
