Local title insurance company Commonwealth Land Title Phoenix NCS is expanding its Phoenix headquarters, adding 1,800 square feet and five new office spaces.

The 29-person team serves clients including residential and multifamily property owners. The company outgrew its previous space just 18 months after moving in, said Tonya Lively, vice president of escrow operations and director of sales.

“The Commonwealth Title NCS office is expanding, and our team could not be happier,” Lively told Phoenix Agent. “This expansion will allow us to continue serving clients in Arizona and across the U.S. with the dependable, high-touch title and escrow services they have come to expect from us.”
