Developers RAY and VeLa celebrated the grand opening of Ray Phoenix, a multifamily residential development in the city’s Roosevelt Row Arts District.
The 523,000-square-foot project features 401 rental units, with 193 studios, 116 one-bedrooms and 92 two-bedrooms. Multi-level and penthouse floor plans are available. Over 4,500 square feet are also reserved for retail space.
The project was conceptualized by Johnston Marklee & Associates with Lamar Johnson Collaborative and designed by RAY’s in-house design team, with landscape design by Grace Fuller Marroquín of Grace Fuller Design.
“Phoenix’s creative landscape made it a compelling place for RAY,” Founder Dasha Zhukova Niarchos said in a press release. “There’s a unique energy here shaped by the desert, by light and by a city that is still defining its cultural identity, which creates real opportunity to build something meaningful together with the communities here.”
Amenities include a communal kitchen and lounge, fitness center, yoga studio, pool and hot tub, plus the Studio 105 event space.
