Toll Brothers will build a luxury condominium at Cavasson, a 1.8 million-square-foot mixed-use development in North Scottsdale.
Located at 7620 E. Cavasson Blvd., Toll Brothers at Cavasson will feature three-story condos ranging from 1,965 to 2,672 square feet with two to four bedrooms, two- or three-car garages and private rooftop terraces. Community amenities include a pool and outdoor kitchen.

The development is located near Loop 101 and Loop 202, as well as ample dining, arts and entertainment options. The adjacent land will soon be home to the Arizona Cardinals’ new practice facility and headquarters.
