RE/MAX Fine Properties and RE/MAX Professionals have merged and will operate under the RE/MAX Fine Properties name.

The merger brings together 360 agents from 10 offices across Arizona. The new entity will be led by four managing partners: Greg Remmers, designated broker and COO; Melissa Dierks, director of operations for the West Valley; Jamie Wong, broker-owner of RE/MAX Fine Properties; and Nate Martinez, former broker-owner of RE/MAX Professionals.

Wong will retain her position as broker-owner of the new combined brokerage, while Martinez will serve as managing partner and advisor. Remmers, supported by Dierks, will serve as designated broker for all Arizona operations.

“For nearly 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of leading RE/MAX Professionals, and our guiding principle has never changed,” Martinez said in a press release. “What excites me about joining forces under RE/MAX Fine Properties is how naturally our cultures fit together. For years we’ve operated with similar standards and shared values. This merger simply gives us a larger platform to do more of what we do best.”

“By joining RE/MAX Professionals, we’re expanding our depth of talent and strengthening our presence across the state,” Wong added. “Internally, we remain focused on agent success and building a culture that values professionalism, collaboration and long-term growth.”
