Real estate agent and coach Phil Sexton is now affiliated with HomeSmart. The second-generation real estate professional was most recently affiliated with the Sibbach Team at eXp Realty.

In addition, Sexton launched a new real estate team called NEXT, which he says focuses on elevating the individual agent rather than the brand of a top producer.
