Rockefeller Group began vertical construction on Corsica Villages, a pair of build-to-rent communities in Phoenix. Mosaic is serving as the project’s general contractor.

Corsica Villages features a total of 152 for-lease townhomes spread across 16.5 acres. The villages are located less than two miles apart. Offerings include one- and two-story builds with two to three bedrooms. Many units also have attached two-car garages.

“Running these projects concurrently has allowed us to optimize our operations between sites, such as leveraging a lot of the same trade partners, which enables everyone to be more efficient,” Jake Miller, Mosaic’s managing director of operations. “It’s been a pleasure working with Rockefeller Group to bring more homes to the city of Phoenix.”

Mark Singerman, Rockefeller’s vice president of development in Phoenix, said the company expects “high demand” as townhome construction is completed over the next several months.
