Toll Brothers will build a gated, new-home community in Scottsdale called Toll Brothers at HighPoint.

Located at 39977 N. 115th St., the community will feature 122 homes on 2.75-acre lots. Sales are expected to open late this summer, with prices starting at $1.9 million.

Floor plans range from 3,640 square feet to over 5,000 square feet. Luxury upgrade options include casitas, multigenerational suites and garages that accommodate up to eight cars.

“Our new Toll Brothers at HighPoint community will provide homebuyers the rare opportunity to build a new construction home in one of Scottsdale’s most desirable areas,” Bob Flaherty, group president of the builder’s Arizona operations, said in a press release. “With a range of personalization options and designed finishes, this community will set a new standard for luxury living in the desert.”
